When a lower court threw out claims of constructive discharge, Timothy Creech brought the appeal to Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. Creech & Creech won reversal of a lower court’s decision dismissing a constructive discharge case. It was a compelling session before the appellate court, as the audio from the official court proceedings show.
